![]() This issue has been resolved in Plantronics Hub release 3.14.1. ![]() The reason this issue has come up now, as opposed to previous versions of Plantronics Hub, is because Poly added Microsoft Teams as a separate softphone in the Hub Settings. Upon release of Plantronics Hub 3.14, Poly discovered that phone calls are randomly put on hold when Skype for Business and Teams are running at the same time on Windows PCs. Why are my Microsoft Skype for Business and Teams softphone calls being randomly placed on hold now that I’ve upgraded to Plantronics Hub 3.14? ![]()
